Overnight Breakfast Cereal
-Oats ( mostly oat grouts, but also some steel cut oats) with
-Almonds and walnuts
-Chia seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds
-Goji berries and cranberries and dried black currents
-Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
(It sounds very time consuming but every ingredient that is in the same row is premixed so it takes me less than 30sec)
I soak these over night and in the morning I add some honey, cinnamon and hemp seeds. It is so delicious!!! And when it’s season I even add raspberries.
